Vintage Little Boy Surprise Siphon bottle topper for sparkling beverages. This item has been in my family for years and comes in the original packaging. Item doesn’t appear to have much if any use, but box has wear and tear. Features chrome replica of the famous Manneken Fountain that relieves liquid after siphoning through a straw. Two original straws included. Item sold as is.
