Vintage Lisa Rene hat. Measures 23” around interior brim. Accented with bow & rhinestones. The tallest side of hat measures 8 1/4” high. The bow, with rhinestone accent, sits in the front, with bigger rim on the right side. There is some black smudging on inside of hat as depicted in last photo, I attempted to remove it, appears to be dye from hat, does not show when wearing. Fun hat.
