Vintage, classic 90s, and so nostalgic! Lisa Frank neon 3-ring binder folder that has a zipper and interior plastic pockets. Features two puppies on front and back. This is not stamped with a year that I could find, but it’s definitely from the mid 90s - one owner all this time! It’s been stored since the 90s and does show some signs of wear and use, but it’s in amazing shape for its age. Nothing is falling apart or unusable. This binder is ready for action again!
