Vintage Linda Farrell fascinator hat

Vintage fascinator with netting. Green velvet ribbon bows and multi-layered silk-like and organza flowers cover the frame. The green birdcage netting has some breaks as shown in close-up photo. There are 2 large pearl headed pins on either side. On the one side there appears to be some staining from the pin as I tried to show in the last photo.
