Vintage Lin Bren Fifth Avenue Compact & Original Box NYC

This fantastic Lin Bren Fifth Avenue compact includes the original mirror, powder puff and screen and the original box. The label on the box reads Hotel Commodore Gift Shop 42nd St. at Lexington New York City. (The Commodore Hotel was operational from 1919 until 1976.) The compact measures approximately 3 1/2" x 3 1/2". The black cover feels like leather. It is marked Patent Lin Bren 2425540 on the inside rim. The slide closer works well. The set is in great condition with minimal age appropriate wear. Please see all pictures. The box shows minimal wear and the hotel label has pulled away from the box, a little on the bottom. Great collector piece, both the compact and the original box. Question welcome. From a smoke free home.
