The plate has a hand-painted rose floral pattern in shades of pink and green, with a gold and black rim. The plate is artist signed and the back is stamped with "Limoges France." There are some hairline scratches on the gold rim - see photos. These are from being in a plate hanger. They are only noticeable if you look closely.
