Vintage Limited Edition Boy Scout Knife

This Norman Rockwell Boy Scout knife is from 1996. It has never been used and has been in storage for most of its existence. It could use a good cleaning as there is rust forming (see last 2 photos). There is also discoloration on the metal above and below the artwork on the front and back. The clear plastic on the back has cracked a little at middle metal rivet (still secure, not loose). The picture on the knife is Guiding Hand. Boy Scouts of America. Be Prepared. Have not tried to close blades
