Vintage Limited #47/200 Signed Jointed Althans Teddy Bear Handmade West Germany

Only 200 of This adorable Bear were ever handmade. This has the certificate that this was number 47 and is signed by the President of the Company. Both the certificate and paw pad are signed. Bear also makes a cute Cub cry when laid down. Please read the info photographed about how the family members started making bears in 1920. Then, luckily during the WWII young Karl escaped from the Soviet Zone so that bears began to be made again in 1949. This is not just a rare, numbered and signed limited edition plush animal but also a piece of history! It is from my personal collection and was $89 at a vintage store 7 years ago.
