Vintage Lime Green Tie-Waist Midi Dress Size XS

Vintage tie-waist button up midi dress in a bright lime green. There are no fabric or care tags, but it feels like a cotton blend. Very lightweight. In perfect condition, with no flaws. The tag says it is a size 12, however it definitely fits like an XS. The brand is Sterling. Pit to pit approx 15” across Length approx 39” from shoulder to bottom hem. I love this dress but the color is very cool toned.
