Designer Lillie Rubin vintage sheer floral blouse. Quality features include: covered buttons, crinkle fabric, bell sleeves, flattering slightly scooped front hem. Front of blouse and bell sleeves has what almost looks like a flower petal decoration secured with an iridescent bugle bead giving it a feminine, fairytale look. Colors are a bit more muted than the photos are showing. Lovely flowers on an ivory background. Lay flat measurements: 18" across chest with a bit more room because of the crinkle fabric. 23" Shoulder to longest part of front hem. 100% polyester fabric made in France.
