Vintage Lillian Russell dress

Vintage Lillian Russell off white/cream dress. I’m not 100% certain what time period this is from- I’m guessing 1960s or 1970s. It has a v neckline, pleated shoulder straps, and an elastic waist. It’s a slub type polyester fabric- see video where I tried to better capture the texture. It has a back zipper and hook closure. There are belt loops on each side, but it’s missing the belt. You could add any belt you want or cut the loops off. It is not lined. There are some faint marks on the right shoulder that are not noticeable and could possibly be treated, but it’s in otherwise great vintage condition! Tag says size 8, but please see measurements, as vintage sizing is different Measurements are taken flat and are approximate: Pit to pit- 16.5” Waist- 13” but does stretch some since it’s elastic Length from shoulder to hem- 42”
