Vintage Libbey (?) wine glasses, set of 2, clear cut glass/ crystal

Unique looking Libbey (?) wine glasses, cut glass, with interesting patterns and very different stems. Pattern looks somewhat Art Deco to me. Set of 2. In excellent condition with a few very light scratches as is normal for a vintage item.
