Vintage Li Bien Angel Ornament 1999. This ornament showcases the old art form of painting the ornament from the inside. A painstaking and very time consuming art form that provides a one of a kind treasured keepsake. This ornament is a deep purple with the angel trimmed in velvety green and gold as she plays her trumpet… with beautiful gold wings in flight and a matching golden ribbon floating on behind her. Comes in a crushed green velvet box lined with padded silk to protect the ornament and silver coiled closure. Purchased new as a gift and has rarely been removed from its protective box. Ornament is in like new condition. Note the the year was painted inside the ornament and the last 9 is faint… this is not rubbed off or a defect it is the artists original work… appears the purple may have bled when created.
