Vintage Levi’s silver or grey tab 36x30

Weird and rare vintage Levi’s. Size 36x30. Appear to be men’s but also have turquoise buttons and a silver piece attached to the belt loop. Also in a weird twist the leather Levi’s patch seems to be missing the Levi’s identifier and instead has flower imprint. Silver or grey tab as shown. I have no idea if these were customized or what but they’d be super cool for a 70s, 80s, or 90s look for a man or woman.
