Vintage Levi's for Gals plaid shirt 60's 70's

Red and navy blue plaid button up shirt by Levi's for Gals. Has a white flower pattern. Most likely before 1972 since it doesn't have a care tag. Measurements are flat and approximate: pit to pit 20", shoulder to hem about 24" down middle, shoulder seam to wrist cuff 23". Circumference of neck when fully buttoned 15".
