Vintage Leather bag from approx 1960/70s Italy

My mom got this bag from a Gucci factory tour in Italy about 50 years ago. She was able to get it personalized with her name. The quality is stunning. She never actually used it (the mirror is still wrapped in tissue paper) but has been stored for 50 years so shows signs of aging. There is no Gucci markings so not selling as a Gucci bag but thought the buyer would like to know the story.
