This is an acrylic sweater in a marled knit with what feels like vinyl or leather detailing. It is authentically vintage from the late 1960s. It has a brass ring zipper pull and contrast zig zag stitching, on a brown/white marled knit (reminiscent of Raf Simon’s Calvin Klein 205W39NYC) It’s not Prada, but it feels very much like their original designs from the 60s-70s. Feels right out of Tom Ford’s A Single Man. It’s a very slim medium, but the fabric has a good amount of stretch.

therestylephile @darrinclayton this is SUCH a nice piece. I'm a medium but afraid this might be on the slimmer side and not fit or not stretch attractively. Vintage can be tricky, do you have any measurements on it? particularly pit to pit/across the chest?

darrinclayton @seaboic here’s those measurements across laying flat! Chest: 19” Waist: 17.5” Shoulder: 18.5” Sleeve (pit to wrist): 18” Hips: 17.5” This is without stretching it! It does have a bit of give. I can try it on for a photo too, if you want! I have a 40” chest, so I’m a pretty solid medium as well

therestylephile @darrinclayton yeah that's cutting it close hehe. if you dont mind taking a picture of it on, curious to see how it hangs and if it's forgiving at all for my pandemic gut or if it'll cling to it 😅🙏 Zipper closed too if you could, I'd like to see how the collar looks in comparison to the shoulder width.
