Vintage Leather Long Jacket

Vintage leather jacket with removeable collar, but there is only 1 button still. This jacket is in well worn condition, there is a hole in the shoulder and the lining has damage, see pictures. It is totally wearable but it needs some TLC or it would be great to be repurposed. There are no labels or tags, so I'm guessing the sizing is a medium, but for accurate sizing please see pictures for measurements.
