Vintage Leather Clutch

leather snake skin inspired red silver tone removable chain strap. shoulder bag or clutch. grandma bought in 1980's at Nordstrom. in excellent used like new condition. white streak on one side shown in picture from standing on shelf in closet touching wall. I'm not sure how to properly remove without harming
