Vintage Leather Bag

I think this is what they called satchels back in the day. Gorgeous woven leather detailing. In wonderful condition with some fading of leather. Sure it can be shined. The top has two wooden bars that go through the leather loops but there is no strap. Could figure out a way to attach a strap possibly on either side of the wooden bars . Great vintage find
