Vintage Lead Glass Serving Pedestal, Floral Design and Scalloped Edges

Lovely cut and etched pedestal serving dish. Shallow bowl on top of pedestal is decorated with flowers and has a scalloped outside edge; stem has a decorative bubble in the glass with circular design on the exterior; base has a starburst pattern. No know cracks or chips. Measurements: 7.75 in tall 6.5 in wide at top of bowl 4.5 in wide at base Depth of bowl is roughly 1 in
