Vintage Lazuli Brand Brooch Electroplate Rhinestones Silver Gray Stone. Very Art Nouveau revival. Lazuli is a Modernist French Designer. Art to wear! The black stone could be onyx. This designer usually used gemstones in his pieces, but I don't know for certain, so I'm not representing it as such. 1 missing rhinestone,  see 5th photo. Vintage jewelry: all vintage jewelry is subject to some tarnishing, discoloration, patina. I don't do a lot of cleaning to the vintage pieces I sell because most people prefer the aged look. Once you remove that, it takes years to get that look again. Also, vintage pieces are likely to have minor scratches from being used and bumping up against other items in jewelry boxes. This is to be expected with pre-loved items.
