Vintage 90s sunflower patchwork Bali style layered wrap skirt. Bought from The Wonder Shop (vintage store). Never worn (except if sold to the shop I bought from). Very soft material, one size fits all.

hisdaisygirl How long is it? And how wide is the waistband excluding the ties?

mckeightley @hisdaisygirl length is 23-24 inch, 49 inch around without the ties...it is a wrap around skirt so pretty much would fit most sizes. I did just notice there’s a hole in the waist band where a button was, so I can definitely do a lower price!
