This is a great vintage 80s striped blouse. It's 100% polyester, with a nice smooth, silky feel to the fabric. It has moderate shoulder pads that could be removed, and a flowy fit. Vintage size 18. Would fit a women's L or XL. Bust: 24" Model normally wears M/L
