teejaxons @laura_1989 19 inch across hip, layer flat, before stretch. I wear a size 12 and when held up to me, it'll fit at the hips but that's before my big butt gets that stretch going. lol

laura_1989 @teejaxons thank you! Yea my problem is my hips are 41.5in and the rest of me is smaller. Most stuff fits either the rest of me and not my hips or vice versa. 😝🤣
