elzamangan @ggc114 yes I think 22 inches since it measured 11 inches across the top. You might be able to adjust a bit by moving the button and hook in or out.

ggc114 @elzamangan wow, that is teeny tiny! You might have better luck selling this if you listed it as an XXS, because typically an XS has a 24 inch waist. It’s such a cute outfit, I wish it would have been my size!
