Vintage Late 80’s WD2 By Diamond White and Black Acetate Formal Tea Length Dress

This vintage dress is totally late 80’s from the shoulder pads, ruched areas, crinoline at the bottom half of the skirt, and beaded appliqué. The dress has a drop waist with a fitted flare and a tulle line sleeve. It is a beautiful dress in a size 12. The dress is in excellent condition with no flaws noted. A true vintage find~
