Vintage Laros skirt/crinoline

100% Nylon. Perfect condition, no rips or tears. It's sheer, would recommend a slip underneath. Waist measures 20.5" unstretched, 25.25" long. Its fits me comfortably, for reference my waist is 28"/hip 40"/5' tall and the skirt reaches just below my knees. Could probably accommodate an inch more in the waist since it's pretty stretchy.
