Vintage Large TIP TOE Black Cream Bead Shoe Clips

1-1/2” wide x 2” long Black enamel on crafted silver domed plates with cream beads in three rows. Each clip moves independently and are branded. Clips are one of this company’s earlier designs. Minor wear to enamel and bead tops due to age and storage. Beads can be hand painted to what ever color you choose. Neat restoration project. Clips function as new. PM-42
