Vintage Large Letterpress Printing Plate Block 8x13” 1955 Tax Form Document Text

Amazing huge vintage letterpress printing plate - it appears to be a tax form from 1955, the title at the top says “Schedule E” and “Summary of Net Profit for Preceding Five Years (Omit cents). It looks to me like it could still be used, though it is now intended to be decorative as someone has mounted a hanging bracket on the back. 8” wide, 11” long, just over 0.75” thick. A piece of printmaking history!
