Vintage Lanz Original Lace Dress

This dress is GORGEOUS! The pictures don’t do it justice! Cute subtle babydoll chest with quilted cream fabric at top and unbelievably well made lace at bottom Balloon puffed sleeves accented with crocheted trim. Zipper and hook eye closure at back. Fully lined. Would be darling as a bridal, bridal shower, baby shower, photo outfit, or any and all occasion dress! One small area of staining at chest (see last photo) I have not tried to spot clean. No interior materials tag. The length does appear to be altered/shortened/hemmed, see measurements. I am listing as a size 4 based on how it fits me, but please consider measurements and ask for specific measurements, I’d be happy talk about this dress forever!
