Vintage Lanvin “Pom Pom” Ribbon Necklace

Fabulous haute couture necklace by Lanvin, circa 1980-90’s. Named the “Pom Pom “ necklace because of the huge fabric flower that is frayed, ruched, folded and ruffled. The flower is very thick but feminine looking. Large pale yellow faux pearls are occasionally wrapped with yellow ribbon. Yellow grosgrain fabric extends from the pearls and is used to tie the necklace closed. Signed. Unusual, high style and retro.....just great!
