Vintage Lady Nelson Swiss Made Wind Up Watch Necklace for repair

Vintage Lady Nelson necklace watch. Mother of pearl and gold tone case. Antimagnetic, Swiss made. Watch comes with 22” gold tone rope style chain with spring ring clasp. Watch is currently not working. Hands can be adjusted with the stem but the stem, though it turns, does not wind the watch. Might be an easy fix. Otherwise excellent condition.
