Vintage Lady Carol dress

Vintage Lady Carol petites of New York dress. No decorative buttons missing - they are not functional on the front as the panel os sewn shut. Colors are vibrant, red, purple, Teal and black. The dress is a pull over with two back buttons to fasten. Dress has shoulder pads but can always be removed. The sleeves are 3/4 and have functional buttons on the ends. Material is light weight and flowy and the waist is cinched and provides a little stretch. The skirt portion is pleated.
