Vintage Lacoste Izod puffer w/ removable sleeves

Unique blue, grey and red Lacoste Izod vest and jacket combo! Says size 18 but that that may be children’s sizing? It would fit a women’s small or extra small. Could work for a smaller man or teen. It can be worn as a vest or coat with zip in sleeves! In great condition. Tiny bit of discoloration around the collar, but it’s barely noticeable. Looks like it’s an 80’s or 70’s item.
