Vintage Lace and Organdy Ruffled Lined LS Blouse

No manufacturing information left on it. Pit to pit measures approximately 17" Back length approximately 20". Sleeves are unlined. Front and back are lined. Ruffles at cuffs need repaired as the stitching has come loose. One cuff has a small black spot. There is a small discolored spot on the back. Stitching has come loose on the inside edge of the front facing. Not perfect but still an awesome 1960ish blouse. See photos for actual condition.
