Vintage LOFT mini skirt

Is something “vintage” if I bought it over a decade ago? If so, here’s an adorable white miniskirt with a cute pattern that’s still in great shape. When I used to wear it I’d fold over the stretchy waist as seen in the first photo. Size XXSP, a size I no longer fit into.
