Vintage L.E. Smith Ice Blue Iridescent Candle Holder

This is a vintage L.E. Smith Ice Blue Iridescent glass candle votive holder. It measures 3.5" tall, 5.5" round. The pattern looks like a leaves. It has a raised S on the bottom.
