Very pretty decor plate hand painted in Japan by Kutani Ware. Size is 5 3/4" diameter. Two holes in top with cord for hanging. Few scuff marks on back. Front is in excellent vintage condition. Mount Fuji, bridge, pagoda, boat, cherry blossoms.
