Vintage Ko's Collection Tunic Top Jacket Detailed Sleeves Ruffle Peplum Hem USA

Vintage African looking theme print long top or jacket.  Very unusual detailing on sleeves.  Would make a statement at the office or at a cocktail party.  See all photos Very good pre-owned condition...only thing to note is that fabric/care/size tag printing is very faded.  I'm not able to read it.  Not able to read size tag but measuring it up to a similar fit vintage garment I'm estimating that it would fit up to an XL.  The fit is very 'bouffant' through the hips the way it's cut and with all the pleated fabric.  Please refer to meaurements below If you're unsure about size and fit, measure a similar garment that fits well and compare to approximate measurements taken with garment laying flat.  Double measurement for pit to pit and waist if applicable Pit to pit 23 Back shoulder to shoulder 18.5 Waist 20 Length 34 Sleeve Length 20 Noting there may be a slight variation in color due to camera and/or lighting conditionss
