carolinepalm698 Hi, Trying to understand the skirt: Is there a flat piece of fabric over the skirt that has a ruffle trim? Is the front the same as the back? When you stretch the elastic, how wide is it? And what is the hip measurement of the skirt? Finally, what is the waist measurement of the blouse? Thank you!

rhoulihan @carolinepalm698 The skirt has a bottom ruffle all around with a front and back cover flap. (same in the front and back) The waist measures 20" across when fully stretched. The hip area measures 32" across. The blouse measures 16" across at the bottom waist area.
