Vintage Kleshna Sterling Silver Crystal Heart Charm Bracelet

This is an interesting charm bracelet. If i was to guess I would say the bracelet and the hearts are part of the original bracelet. Then someone put a bunch of Disney charms on it. In particular I see Cinderella's coach, the magic kingdom castle, a lot of crowns. I tried searching for marks, but the thing marked sterling is the bracelet as far as I can tell. The other charms may or may not be silver. The bracelet measures approx. 8" long. I think the makers mark is Kleshna? Hearts seem to be crystal and have a beautiful blue glow.
