The tie under the hat is of the Clan MacNaughton tartan.
The tie under the jacket's left lapel looks to be Clan MacPherson tartan.
The tie at the bottom AND the kilt are in the Clan Maxwell tartan.

The cap badge on the bonnet with red/white/black dicing, and the kilt pin, is the clan badge of Clan Maxwell.
I can't make out the other cap badge.
