Vintage kilt pleated skirt. Like new. Great for Fall and the holidays. It wraps all the way around and has buttons (inside and outside) for closure. Waist: - when unwrapped total skirt width 32.5” - When buttoned, current button position is for 24” waist but they can be moved out. Length: 17.5” Open to reasonable offers.
