Vintage Kids Vest: dyed & printed quilted

Vintage dyed & printed quilted Kids Vest! It’s so so cute. Amazing green and blue dye work with unique black printed detail. Quilted with black interior fabric. No tags, would say it’s a sized aged 2 or 3. See measurements photos. Very small paint mark on back by hem, seems like it could be scrubbed off. This is just so cute and one of a kind.
