Awesome Vintage Green & White Double Sided Kelly Tires Sign Has stand to fit a tire for display. It is in very good to excellent condition for age. With just some slight to normal wear mostly from years of storage, has some slight rust on stand. These were still in the paper bag wrapping in a box. Found in a barn, we dismantled. So basically new old stock.
