Vintage Kathy Ireland Skirt

Light and airy maxi skirt by Kathy Ireland. This was a summer staple for me for a long time. I wore it high waisted with a crop top (pictured) but it could be worn so many ways. There are two small slits on both sides and a side zipper/button. The waist does have elastic to provide a little stretch. Size is a true small. Tag says dry clean only but I washed it on delicate and did not have any problems.
