Beautiful one of a kind dress purchased in 1984. Off white heavy cotton with tooled leather chest/shoulders. Very full skirt with pockets!! 13” across waist , 18” armpit to armpit. Great condition, few minor pinhead sized stains, looks possibly like rust stains as seen in photos. They are not that noticeable while on.
