Vintage Kaktus Shell & Cheetah Print Asymmetrical Skirt with Beaded Fringe

This vintage Kaktus skirt has an INCREDIBLY bizarre and perfect 80s patterns of chettah print and ocean. It has a very thin elastic waistband black beaded fringe along the bottom. The size says s/m but it’s definitely NOT a medium and maybe event closer to an xs/s so I am safely calling it a small. But an actually small, small. 11 inch across at the waist! Stretches to 13. In great condition, but a very thin material! For warm weather.
