Beautiful vintage black and white striped flats with a slight 3/4 inch heel by Kate Spade. Material feels like a raw silk. Shoes are in excellent condition with no signs of wear except on the bottom. Size 8.5. Made in Italy. Tiny discoloration located on the inside left heel as seen in photo 8 - not noticeable when worn.
